Missy Pfohl Smith received her MFA from Sarah Lawrence College and her BS in Dance from SUNY Brockport, where she currently is part of the dance faculty. Missy choreographs and performs independently and through her company Biodance. Her work has been seen in New York City, throughout New York State, and in Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She lived in NYC for 12 years and performed with Randy James Dance Works(RJDW)as a founding company member from 1993-2003. Missy has also performed and taught at various schools, universities and festivals and in Poland, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, and Japan.
