Paris Hall, Jr. is a senior at Nazareth College. He is working towards his bachelor's degree in Music History. He has studied jazz composition/improvisation with jazz trumpeter Paul Smoker. His experience with electronic music began in high school and has evolved into projects using Fruity Loops and ACID Pro softwares. His improvisatory practice combined with his studies in counterpoint, big band and twentieth century analysis have given him pools of compositional techniques from which to draw.
