DESCRIPTION:
This project began with the idea of having no preconceived themes and no script, allowing for the piece to evolve with complete freedom. More spontaneous and intuitive reactions to one another's progressive building of the work created a very organic process and some surprising twists and turns along the way. Lux is the result of this open way of working. It emulates a stream of consciousness, a meditative organic flow. The music was created to add to the sense of continuous shifting and undulation. Images were created with a 16mm optical printer and digitally transformed.
