INTRODUCTION

The ImageMovementSound Festival is a rotating performing arts festival designed to engage the artistic and civic communities through the creation and presentation of live, multi-media performances that explore inter-dimensional and interactive space in sound, imagery, movement and staging. The outgrowth of an eleven-year artistic collaboration between nationally acclaimed Rochester area university film and video, multimedia arts, dance, music, graphic arts, and stage performance programs, ImageMovementSound brings together diverse artists and broad community constituencies in an annual celebration of the creative artistic process.
